V.P. Samy, PE

V.P. Samy founded O&S Associates in February of 1996. As Principal-in-Charge of O&S Associates, Samy is responsible for supervising all engineering and architectural staff and overseeing production and quality control. Samy is responsible for all phases of professional services, including preparation of technical reports, analysis and design, program development, technical specifications, drawings, bidding services, construction administration and supervision.

Under Samy’s leadership, O&S has grown from a parking design and consulting practice to a full-service architectural and engineering firm that performs architectural design, structural engineering, civil engineering, MEP engineering, restoration and rehabilitation, parking design and restoration, studies, and expert witness services. Samy holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Florida.
