Long Wharf Drive Office Building / Parking Garage
This office building was designed in 1987. The building consists of eight office floors and a mechanical penthouse with some office space. The building is connected to the adjacent larger building; which is 555 Long Wharf Drive and access to the parking garage is through this building. The foot print of the building is approximately 37,500 sq. ft. The total floor area of the building is about 253,000 sq. ft. The parking garage is an open precast double tee parking structure. It can be divided into two buildings that are parallel to each other and connected through two ramps at each level. All the precast double tees are typically 64’ long and are 10’ wide. Most of the perimeter is a precast parapet with some brick accent. The entire garage consists of an estimated 600,000 s.f. and can accommodate about 1,700 vehicles.
