2115 Linwood Avenue Office Building

The 2115 Office Building Parking Garage required extensive structural repairs.

• O&S Associates completed the condition survey of the parking garage and determined the garage’s structural steel framing and floors were experiencing corrosion related structural damage and in need of repair and waterproofing.
• O&S developed repair drawings and technical specifications and provided periodic on-site observations during construction to determine conformance of work, materials and equipment with the contract documents.
• The garage restoration was comprised of structural concrete repairs, steel strengthening to columns and girders, lighting and painting.
