The 234-240 East 54th Street Parking Garage is a three story parking garage with four parking levels. O&S Associates performed a condition survey of the parking garage, developed repair drawings and specifications and managed the bidding process. The repair consisted of full depth replacement of structural floor slabs, steel framing repair, reinforcing and waterproofing of the floors. The repairs also included replacement of setback roofs, window replacement and exterior façade repairs.O&S Associates also provided Engineering Consulting to the Owners’ Attorney in their lease termination process with Avis Corporation.
