H Mart asked O&S to provide full Architectural, Structural, and MEP services for their American Dream Mall, 35,000 SF leased space divided into two parts.

The 17,500 SF Groceries Sales floor area was completed first along with its back-of-house food preparation walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and an emergency electrical generator. Our work included the customer-facing refrigerated merchandise walls and dry goods sales areas with all associated heating, air conditioning, fire suppression emergency power, and display lighting.

The 17,500 Food Court is in the process of being completed, serving freshly prepared food, beverages, and beer. Our work included eight commercial kitchens, beer bar, walk in beer refrigerator, ice cream sales, bakery sales, dry goods sales, built in bench seating, public restrooms, employee restrooms, back of house spaces, with all associated heating, air conditioning, fire suppression, emergency power, and display lighting.
