O&S conducted an in-depth analysis, created repair designs, and provided construction oversight, ensuring safe, restored parking structures for the largest cooperative housing development in the world.

Since 2016, O&S has provided architectural and engineering services for 1199 Housing Corp., a Mitchell-Lama cooperative, delivering façade and structural repairs, site work, and comprehensive compliance support under NYC HDC and HPD jurisdiction.
