O&S performed façade restoration and repairs on the historic Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, restoring its marble veneer and glazing in accordance with preservation standards set by the Philadelphia Historic Commission.

Since 2016, O&S has provided architectural and engineering services for 1199 Housing Corp., a Mitchell-Lama cooperative, delivering façade and structural repairs, site work, and comprehensive compliance support under NYC HDC and HPD jurisdiction.
