O&S Associates performed a survey of the building’s exterior/roofs and developed a repair program, as well as repair drawings and technical specifications for façade and roof repairs.
The restoration of the exterior façade repairs involved structural repairs, replacement of through-wall flashings, placement of a new EIFS system, replacement of cracked and deteriorated brick masonry, the addition of epoxy grouted masonry ties, tuckpointing of deteriorated mortar joints, caulking of all windows, cleaning and coating the entire building; roof replacement, and installation of temporary sidewalk protection/bridge.
