O&S Associates is providing Architectural and Engineering Consulting services for to the design of the Retail/Residential Parking Garage in West Orange, NJ.

The garage is a mixed use facility comprising of a four story garage with 642 car capacity. The structural system will be precast framing with precast tees, girders and architectural exterior precast spandrels and shear walls.
