Verizon Building Parking Structure

O&S Associates provided Architectural/Engineering services for the Structural Investigation at the Verizon Building in Warren New Jersey. The parking garage consists of three parking levels and is constructed using Precast Double Tees, Precast Girders and Columns.
- O&S revealed broken connections between the tees from the previous restoration work which resulted in joint seals failing and leakage of water.
- O&S developed design repair documents for the installation of “strongcote” membrane on supported parking levels.
