Troy Towers Apartment Buildings

The Troy Towers is 2, 17 Story Apartment Buildings requiring balcony and façade repairs.

• O&S Associates performed the condition assessment survey of the building exterior using swing-stages and developed a repair program for the balconies and façade.
• O&S developed repair drawings and technical specifications and provided periodic observations during construction.
• The restoration of the exterior façade repair was comprised of structural concrete repairs to balconies and parapets, installation of new aluminum railings, structural concrete repairs of deteriorated concrete areas and waterproofing, caulking work and installation of temporary sidewalk protection/bridge.
