Tower West Apartment Building Parking Garage

The Tower West Apartment Building required extensive structural rehabilitation of their multi-level parking structure.

• O&S Associates performed a survey of the parking garage and developed a repair program which is being implemented over several years.
• O&S developed repair drawings and technical specifications and provided periodic observations during construction. The restoration of the parking garage was comprised of structural concrete repairs of floor slabs, beams and walls; expansion joints replacement and waterproofing work.
