Atrium Palace is a luxury high-rise condominium Apartment Building located in Fort Lee, New Jersey, with a 154,000 sq ft plaza and a 250,000 square foot , 400 vehicle parking garage below the plaza. O&S was retained by the Board of Directors to design the renovation of the parking garage and plaza. The work included removal of existing topping, waterproofing, structural post-tensioned slab repairs, new stamped/colored concrete paving, Green Roof Design, new tennis courts, basketball courts, children’s playground, pool deck renovation, new lighting and landscaping. O&S Associates also provided legal expert witness services for this project on behalf of the Owner.
