Station Golden Gate Expansion
The Scope of Services provided for the new building addition was comprised of a built-out addition of approximately 2,600 square feet. The work included installation of a superstructure on the foundation with an independently supported slab with grade beams and piles, installation of a shell consisting of wood framing for walls and roof, providing exterior and interior finishes, doors, windows and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The existing building scope of services was comprised of alterations that included changing two existing storage rooms into locker rooms, installing several new doors in existing walls, cutting out a section of wall in the classroom, installing an accordion door, and providing a new raised header at the shop entrance. The professional services provided were site inspections, field survey, programming, structural analysis drawings and specifications. The construction cost was $650,000.
