Stamford Town Center

Stamford Town Center retained O&S Associates for the restoration of the 1800 car parking structure. Stamford Town Center parking structure serves as one of the major retail centers in Stamford. The parking structure is connected by helical ramps and interior sloping ramps. The shopping center is located in the core of the parking structure and at street level. This structure is a cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete construction. The heavy usage and corrosive elements on the floor had caused the structure to deteriorate.

• O&S conducted an in-depth engineering study to evaluate the extent of deterioration and through value-engineering and fast track schedule provide Stamford Town Center with a prioritized structural rehab and recommendations.
