St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center

O&S Associates performed a study of the structural and waterproofing elements of the exterior envelope of St. Mary’s Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma. O&S observed the following items at the Medical Center:

• Exterior Insulating Finish System
• Expansion Joints
• Building Corners
• Sealant Joints
• Roofing System
• Façade Color
• Metal Windows
• Curtain Walls
• Brick Masonry Site Walls and Copings
• A/C Louvers

After studying the above items, O&S developed a repair plan to address issues with regards to the sealant joints, window gaskets, Exterior Insulating Finish System, and the roof bulkhead stucco.

The probable costs developed by O&S after the study totaled $780,000 in repairs.
