St. Mary’s Medical Center

St. Mary’s Medical Center is the largest medical facility in the tri-state region of West Virginia.

• O&S Associates performed a preliminary review of the condition of the exterior building façade, identified areas requiring repair and developed a comprehensive facade repair and maintenance program.
• The study consisted of visual observations and a partial review of original architectural/structural drawings for the hospital building.
• The purpose of the recommended exterior building facade repair and maintenance program was to assure safety, avoid deterioration and to improve the appearance of the exterior building.
