O&S was retained to deliver complete Engineering/Architectural Services for the design of the 500-600 car Parking Structure on 18 acres in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The garage will be Short Span Design to maximize the number of parking levels and remain within the 38 ft. height restriction of the site. The structural system will be a Hybrid Structural Systems, (Steel Frame with CIP Concrete floors and Exterior Façade.
