River Ridge Apartment Building

O&S Associates was retained to inspect, design and administrate the structural repairs to the parking garage and exterior plaza of the River Ridge apartment building including the roofing repairs of the pool shower rooms, pool service closet, driveway and the stair at the plaza Parking Garage:

The parking garage for the River Ridge Apartment Building has a capacity for 360 vehicles and has a size of about 100,000 sq. ft. of supported floor area.

The construction of the parking garage is cast-in-pace reinforced concrete.
The Exterior Plaza of the River Ridge Apartment Building is roughly 30,000 sq. ft. and is over the enclosed parking garage. There is an additional 8,000 sf of exterior supported driveways in front of the building and additional pavements on-grade. The exterior plaza provides an important amenity to the apartment building. The construction of the exterior plaza is composed of a cast-in-pace reinforced concrete structural slab; buried roofing system; architectural concrete pavers, landscaping in planters; the swimming pool and its associated facilities. The floor system comprises of a two-way flat slab construction.
