Resurrection Medical Center

Resurrection Medical Center retained O&S Associates to perform a comprehensive condition survey of the exterior building facades of the buildings of the medical complex and to identify areas requiring repair and to develop an inclusive exterior building façade repair and maintenance program.

The study consisted of visual observations, swingstage investigation wall openings of critical deterioration areas at the main hospital building, and a partial review of all available original architectural/structural drawings of the various buildings of the medical complex. The purpose of the recommended exterior building facade repair and preventive maintenance program will assure safety, minimize water infiltration and improve & restore appearance of building exterior façade
