Parker Imperial Apartment Building

The Parker Imperial Apartment Building required extensive repairs to the building façade and parking garage.

• O&S Associates performed a survey of the building exterior using swing-stages and developed a repair program for the façade.
• O&S developed repair drawings and technical specifications and provided periodic observations during construction.
• The restoration of the exterior façade repair was comprised of structural concrete repairs to balconies and balcony railings, replacement of through wall flashings as required, the replacement of cracked and deteriorated brick masonry, the addition of epoxy grouted masonry ties, tuck-pointing of deteriorated mortar joints, caulking of all windows, cleaning and coating of the entire building and installation of temporary sidewalk protection/bridge.
