Hackensack Meridian Health Palisades Medical Center

O&S Associates was retained by Palisades Medical Center to perform a comprehensive condition survey of the exterior building façade to identify areas requiring repair and to develop a comprehensive façade repair and maintenance program. The study consisted of visual observations and a review of original architectural/structural drawings for the Medical Center Building.

The purpose of the recommended exterior façade repair and maintenance program is to assure safety of exterior façade, minimize water intrusion through exterior building envelope, and avoid further deterioration and potential mold problems in Medical Center Building and improve appearance of building exterior.
