The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is a United States Navy command, headquartered in Patuxent River, MD. O&S performed Engineering Services to Pax River Building 2272 related to the Building envelope repairs and waterproofing. Our services comprised of preparing background drawings to document existing roof, skylights, and wall conditions determined after a comprehensive field survey was performed. O&S performed analysis, design, details, and engineering services for the repair of the precast joints, roofing, joint details at windows, repairs at skylights, failed areas of roofing at skylight areas, designed testing and repairs of curtain wall, and developed water testing procedures for exterior walls and windows. Total cost was $4 million.
