The three level Meadowlands parkway parking structure has a structural steel frame construction. The parking structure has a two way vehicular ramp connecting the Intermediate and Upper parking levels. The parking deck has six open stairs along the perimeter of the structure providing pedestrian access. The parking structure is classified as an open parking structure and therefore does not have a mechanical ventilation system. The Roof and Intermediate parking decks have a 3” concrete slab on metal deck floor slab supported by open web steel joists and structural steel girders. The elevated parking decks have an expansion joint at the middle of the deck in the east-west direction. The lower parking level has an asphalt pavement on grade.

O & S performed a condition survey of the facility, developed a repair program, prepared repair drawings and specifications and assisted the Owner in bidding the project.
