Mack-Cali One Bridge Plaza Parking Garage

One Bridge Plaza Building retained O&S Associates to conduct a detailed condition survey of the structural steel framed, composite steel beam and metal decking with precast exterior panel, Parking Garage. The garage exhibited extensive floor cracking in the supported floor slabs. Water infiltration through those cracks resulted in severe corrosion damage to the metal decking, structural steel beams, columns and debonding of the spray-on fireproofing at several locations. The composite metal deck floor, steel beams and columns were in need of immediate repair to restore the structural integrity of the building.
- O&S developed a repair program and cost estimate for the repair of the parking garage, and provided job-site construction administration and spot checked the work in progress
