Lincoln Amsterdam House Cooperative is a multi-level residential building with a retail food market on the ground level.

• O&S Associates was retained to perform consulting engineering services related to evaluation and rehabilitation of the exterior building plaza, underground parking garage and public concrete sidewalks.
• O&S completed a comprehensive site inspection and reviewed the existing conditions/structural deterioration problems.
• O&S prepared drawings and specifications for the repair/renovation of the exterior plaza, garage and sidewalks.
• O&S assisted the owner in the bidding process and provided construction administration through-out the repair process.
