Lenox Terrace Apartment Building Complex is comprised of 6, 18 story buildings with approximately 1700 units.
- O&S Associates performed a survey of the buildings exterior/roofs and developed a repair program.
- O&S developed repair drawings and technical specifications and provided periodic observations during construction.
- The restoration of the exterior façade repairs was comprised of structural repairs, replacement of through wall flashings north and south walls, placement of new EIFS system on east elevation walls, the replacement of cracked and deteriorated brick masonry, the addition of epoxy grouted masonry ties, tuck-pointing of deteriorated mortar joints, caulking of all windows, cleaning and coating the entire building; roof replacement and installation of temporary sidewalk protection/bridge.
