King Of Prussia Mall

O&S Associates was selected by Simon Property Group to provide an assessment of the Court Deck, East Deck, and West Deck at the King of Prussia Mall. O&S also provided an assessment of the bridge over Mall Boulevard at the mall. Along with the assessment, O&S Associates developed a repair program that was phased over a five year period. The owner requested O&S Associates supply bidding services along with construction management services for the project.

• Sealants and Caulk Joint
• Coatings
• Expansion Joints
• Fencing / Posts
• Barrier Walls
• Drains and Drain Pipes

The total size of the project was approximately 1.5 million square feet. The cost for construction was approximately $1.2 million
