Harrison Park Towers Parking Garage

O&S Associates was retained by The Harrison Towers to perform a comprehensive survey of the parking structure and implement a structural rehabilitation program.

O&S has found the parking garage to be in poor structural condition. Several areas of the upper parking floor have an extensive amount of spalling/deterioration particularly along construction joints. Extensive leakage through the joints has resulted in the severe corrosion of the embedded reinforcing steel across the joint. Large sections of loose overhead concrete in the lower garage level present a safety hazard to the public.
