Geraldine “GiGi” Foushee Towers is a Senior development, built in 1962. There are 252 units ranging in size from studios to two bedrooms. O&S provided an Engineering Assessment of the Gigi Foushee Towers in Newark, NJ, for the Newark Housing Authority. The study included an assessment of the roof, windows, and HVAC equipment. Some of the problems facing the Gigi Foushee included water infiltration and energy loss. O&S developed a repair program which included the replacement of the roof and all windows. The building is an HUD building.
