• O&S Associates performed an investigative field inspection that included windows, roofs, the exterior plaza, fountains, sidewalk vaults and the two story underground parking garage.
• The professional services entailed structural analysis, repair programming, value engineering and quantity and cost estimating. O & S Associates prepared drawings and specifications for the repair of roofing, repair and waterproofing of the exterior facade, and complete renovation of the two roof top terraces at the sixth floor.
