O&S Associates was retained by Englewood Hospital and Medical Center to provide Consulting Engineering Services to conduct a comprehensive physical condition survey of the Precast, Double Tee, and Parking Structure. The structure has four levels, three stair towers and an elevator. The study was based on field surveys, investigations, visual observation of the building, field and laboratory testing. The report provides a physical condition assessment of the structure to develop a conceptual repair program and opine of probable costs. O & S Associates prepared drawings and specifications for the structural repair and waterproofing of the garage and provided bidding and construction administration services.
