O&S Associates was retained by Elmhurst Memorial Hospital to conduct a physical condition survey of the garage. The structural system consists of precast double tees with cast-in-place concrete topping at the lower two floors and pre-topped, precast double tees at the newer upper floors supported by precast girders and columns. O&S prepared drawings and specifications for the structural repairs and waterproofing of the garage and provided inspection services during construction.
