The East Midtown Plaza is a complex of 6 Apartment Buildings, consisting of 700 apartments. The complex is about 35 years of age. As per the request of The Board of Directors, O& S developed Design Drawings, Specifications and Bid Documents for the Engineering Services related to the structural rehabilitation and waterproofing of the Garage Entrance ramp and the exterior plaza waterproofing repairs area over the store of the East Midtowns Plaza Apartments.
