Doric Apartment Building, 650 car capacity parking structure has three structurally supported parking levels, and is constructed on a cliff over-looking the Hudson River. The parking structure is constructed in cast-in-place concrete floor slabs with structural steel framing.
- O&S Associates provided parking consulting, architectural and structural restoration/ waterproofing engineering services.
- O & S preapared drawings and specifications for the structural repairs and waterproofing of the steel framing, parking floors, planters and the pool deck. O & S also provided bidding and construction administration and inspection services.
