The Continental Plaza Office Building required extensive repairs to the parking structure, pedestrian bridges and exterior plaza at the adjoining TGIF restaurant.
- O&S Associates performed a survey of the building and developed a repair program, repair drawings, technical specifications and provided periodic observations during construction.
