Century Tower Apartment Building

Century Towers Apartment Building required repair and rehabilitation of the 16,000 square foot Exterior Building Plaza and the Swimming Pool Deck.

• This rehabilitation consisted of a total deck renovation and waterproofing to correct the following conditions: Water leakage through the exterior plaza and into the enclosed garage below.
• Leakage is occurring through joints between the precast concrete structural planking around slab penetrations and along perimeter walls.
• Water leakage causing some minor corrosion related spalling of the structural slab underside. Voids in slab fill with water resulting in potential premature deterioration of the structural slab. Planking underside saturated with water.
• Brick masonry walls of the plaza, cracked and deteriorate
