Central Parking – Local Law 11

O&S Associates has been providing Consulting Engineering Services for Central Parking since 1998. O&S has provided structural investigations of more than 100 different garages for Central during that time.

Central Parking operates multiple garages in New York City which require professional inspections to the exterior walls as per New York City Local Law 11.

O&S provided these inspections for 15 garages throughout the city. The garages vary in size from six to ten stories. The walls also vary in type:

• Exposed Structural Steel & Rail
• Metal Panels
• Concrete Block
• Metal Cladding
