Bristol House Condominiums
O&S Associates provided a condition assessment of the parking garage, driveway, and pool at The Bristol House in Hackensack, NJ.
The condition assessment revealed the garage to be structurally safe, with a need for some minor repairs. The pool, however, was in need of major repairs. The entire base of the pool needed to be replaced.
O&S developed repair documents and provided bidding services for the project. The total cost for repairs to the pool was approximately $130,000.
The driveway was also in need of repairs. The entire driveway was replaced. The size of the driveway was approximately 5,500 square feet. The total cost for construction was approximately $120,000.
O&S provided bidding services and construction services for both projects.
