O&S Associates was retained by Becton Dickinson (BD) to conduct comprehensive structural investigation of the existing new parking structure both from a condition assessment review of the structural framing elements exhibiting signs of deterioration and from a review of the structural loading related to the proposed use of the New 400 car Parking Structure for the BD Medical Mexico City.
