O&S Associates was retained by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises to perform a structural condition assessment and prepare design documents for the structural repair and waterproofing of the Medical Arts Building Parking Garage at Hackensack University Medical Center. O & S produced construction documents, provided bidding and construction phase services. The project was completed in 2008.
