O&S Associates provided parking consulting, architectural and structural engineering services to the renovation of the Building exterior fa├žade, plaza and parking garage. This structure provides parking for the 360 Hamilton Avenue Office Building. The garage has six supported parking levels with an enclosed street level which serves as the main lobby to the building. The structural system is cast-in-place concrete with waffle floor slabs. The parking garage exterior is cladded with granite fascia and metal louvers
