O&S Provides A/E Services for One of Philadelphia’s Most Iconic Historic Buildings

Notable Project: Philadelphia Reading Terminal Head House

As the leader in Historic Preservation Design, O&S was selected to provide Engineering and Architectural services for the rehabilitation and restoration of the Landmark Reading Terminal Head House Building at Market Street and N. 12th Street in Philadelphia. The Reading Terminal Head House is included on the list of the National and Philadelphia Registers of Historic Places.

O&S previously designed and oversaw an award winning $3.2 million restoration and rehabilitation program for The Belgravia, a landmark added to the National and Philadelphia Registers of Historic Places in 1982. The project won the 2016 Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia’s Grand Jury Prize.
