O&S Associates Celebrates its 25th Year Anniversary

O&S Associates (O&S), a full-service architectural and engineering consulting and design firm, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this month.

Earning the reputation of national parking specialist, O&S set itself apart from the start when two Professional Engineers joined forces in late February of 1996 to compete as parking consultants in the niche market of parking garage restoration and renovation.

Over the course of the last 25 years O&S has distinguished itself by understanding projects in their fiscal context from a client’s perspective, tailored to help ensure resources are invested wisely. This approach makes every project unique which defines the O&S culture and continues to drive the success of the business today.  

O&S has grown to over 70 employees operating out of six offices located in New York City, New Jersey, the Philadelphia area, Ohio, the Washington DC area, and Florida. O&S capabilities have also significantly grown to include architecture, civil/site engineering, structural engineering, MEP/FP engineering, consulting engineering, and construction administration services.  

O&S President and Founder VP Samy attributes the company’s longevity and growing success to a core value consistent with providing functional, innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions that translate to great value for clients.

“Our commitment to our clients hasn’t changed since the beginning when we were chasing down potential leads until now managing over 150 projects per year,” explains Samy. “We treat every client with the same level of attention, working together to define the technical and financial goals of each project.”
