Tim Webb, AIA LEED AP BD+C

Tim Webb is a Principal of O&S and manages the firm’s Manhattan office. Tim has over 17 years of experience in the design and restoration of residential, commercial, and public structures. Tim is involved with all aspects of architectural design including programming, functional design, cost estimating, schematic design, code requirements, construction documents and construction administration. He is also LEED AP accredited and works collaboratively with other disciplines including structural, civil, and MEP to incorporate sustainable “green” design features into his design projects. Tim holds a B.S. in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and is a Registered Architect in New York State.
