Tariq Wasti, RA AIA

Tariq Wasti is the firm’s Director of Architecture and has over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, life safety and fire code compliance, and field supervision for commercial, governmental and residential buildings. Tariq is responsible for the preparation of information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines. He also works closely with each client to determine functional and spatial requirements of each structure. As a Project Architect, he maintains experience with owner’s meetings, functional design, integrating structural elements, cost estimating, schematic design, architectural design, code requirements, construction documents and all phases of construction administration. Tariq holds a B.S. in Architecture from the Pratt Institute and is a Registered Architect in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Alabama, Ohio, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. He also holds an NCARB certification for reciprocity with other states.
