O&S provided professional services for the replacement of the roofing at the Bayard Taylor School for the School District of Philadelphia. O&S’s designed the comprehensive replacement of the low slope roofing with a new EPDM system as well as replacement of metal roofing and ancillary building construction. The program included significant repairs to the historically significant school building including; building walls, parapets, flashings, and roof access. O&S also assisted by providing cost estimating services and bidding services to date
