Details:

Rehabilitation of a 114-year-old General Electric factory into “moderately priced” luxury rental units. The 14.5-acre site will eventually be transformed into a distinctive, high-density residential village featuring 150 for-sale town homes, a clubhouse and other lifestyle amenities. The project’s first phase includes construction of a three-level parking facility. Featuring an inlayed brick exterior, the garage provides approximately 300 parking spaces supported by one elevator and stair tower and one open punch through stairway.
