Rope Access Facade Inspection for Uniquely Located High Rise Condominium

O&S performed a detailed façade inspection via Rope Access for the late 60s vintage traditional cast-in-place, 22-story condominium structure on the boardwalk in Ventnor City, New Jersey. The residential building is composed of brick masonry façade and consists of 228 balconies framed with cast-in-place concrete. The unique location (directly facing Atlantic Ocean) lends itself to the effects of very harsh coastal conditions on the building's exterior.

With a growing number of Engineers and Architects who are SPRAT Rope Access certified, O&S has provided cost-effective, up-close façade inspections for numerous clients including: A Condominium, Aria Condominiums, Rittenhouse Condo, Ritz-Carlton Hotel - Georgetown, Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, John Fox Towers, Four Freedoms, Phillip Murry House, and Rivers Edge Condos.
