BEMAP stands for “Building Engineering Management and Programming”. It is an online SaaS application developed by O&S Associates for use by our clients. BEMAP enables building and facility managers to document and manage all major components of a building such as Roofs, HVAC, Interior Spaces, Leasing and Tenants and much more. It is a comprehensive facilities management tool for effective maintenance and repair programming as well as management of all sorts of facility and building projects.

RECENT NEWS

Mar 17, 2009: O&S Associates is pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at the New York Condo-Co-op show April 7th, 2009 at the New York Hilton located at 53rd Street and Avenue of the Americas from 9am to 5pm.

Oct 16, 2008: O&S is pleased to announce we will be exhibiting at The Mid Atlantic Buildings and Facilities Management Show located at Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center in Somerset New Jersey.

August 6, 2008: O&S expands their Non-Destructive Testing ("NDT") capabilities for Infrared Thermography ("IR"), Ultrasonic Testing ("UT"), Ground Penetrating Radar ("GPR") and other technologies through equipment purchases, training, and strategic alliances.

April 26, 2008: Ray Frank, RA joins O&S as senior architect. Mr. Frank comes to O&S with 10+ years of experience as a lead architect for the design of commercial buildings as well as a senior consultant for building aquisition and dispositions ("due diligence").
